Renewal applications lodged outside of the 3-year time frame will incur a full skills assessment fee, please apply a new application online.
Withdrawal: If you request to withdraw an application before the assessment commences, a full refund will be considered, less an administration fee of AUD$161. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
Closure: You are expected to provide complete documentation at the time of application submission. Please find the list of documents under Eligibility Criteria. If any information or documents are missing from the application, we will provide 15 calendar days to submit them. If the outstanding documents are not submitted within the given timeframe, a final notice will be issued giving seven additional days before the application is closed without further communication. Please note that refunds are not applicable to closed applications.
Reopening: You may request to re-open an application after providing all required documents and information within 90 days of closure. Requests received after 90 days will not be accepted and you will need to lodge a new application and pay the full assessment fee. In all instances, an administration fee of AUD$161 will be applicable to re-open a closed application.
Making a payment
Payments must be:
- made payable to VETASSESS
- in Australian dollars
- paid and cleared 7 days prior to your assessment
You will be able to complete payment online.
We accept MasterCard or VISA where online application and payment is permitted.
Please note: we do not accept cash payments including in person, posted or paid into a bank account.
